At Elite Recovery, we’re committed to offering you the best value. We aim to match or beat competitor prices, including an additional $50 credit on select high-ticket items, where applicable

To be eligible, simply provide proof of the lower price. This can be a screenshot, invoice, email, or any other documentation showing the offer.

How It Works

We work hard to offer the most competitive pricing available. If you find the same item at a lower price from another online store:

  1. Purchase the product from our website.

  2. Submit your price match request with proof of the lower price.

  3. Once verified, we’ll refund you the difference—or beat it by $50 for qualifying high-ticket items.

Price Match Policy Terms & Conditions

Our Price Match Policy has the following conditions:

  • You must complete your purchase on our website before submitting a price match request.

  • The competitor must be an authorized online retailer (not a physical retail store).

  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate shipment on the competitor’s site.

  • The total price match includes item cost plus shipping (excluding sales tax).

  • Price match requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase.

Not Eligible for Price Match

  • Rebates, promotional bundles, or “buy one, get one free” offers

  • Auction or discount sites such as eBay, Overstock, or unauthorized sellers

  • Special once-a-year promotions (e.g., Black Friday or Cyber Monday)

  • Competitors who are not authorized retailers of the product in question

Manufacturer Pricing & Exceptions

Elite Recovery strives to offer the lowest prices allowed by our manufacturers. In some cases, our ability to honor a price match may be limited by minimum advertised price (MAP) agreements or pricing structures set by the manufacturer.

In rare cases, if matching a price would result in a significant loss, Elite Recovery reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the price match can be approved.
