At Elite Recovery, we aim to make our return process as straightforward and transparent as possible. You may cancel your order at any time prior to it shipping, completely free of charge (custom orders excluded; see below).

Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund before the item leaves the warehouse. You can contact us by phone, email, or live chat (bottom-right corner of our website).
Custom & Made-to-Order Cancellations
Custom-built or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded. These units are built specifically to your specifications once your order is placed.
If you’re unsure whether your order is considered custom, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Note: All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you'd like to exchange your product, you may do so. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Eligibility varies by manufacturer. Please contact us prior to purchase or return to confirm.
For standard returns, customers will incur:

If you're exchanging instead of returning, we may help offset some of the shipping fees, depending on the product.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return, but please refer to the product page for any brand-specific policies that may override this.
Shipping Times
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are listed on product pages based on manufacturer and freight carrier guidance. However, these are subject to change due to ongoing supply chain disruptions.
We ask for your patience in the event of unavoidable delays and appreciate your understanding.
Important Acknowledgments
By purchasing from Elite Recovery, you agree to the following:

I will inspect the package at delivery, note any damages, and provide photo documentation to Elite Recovery within 24 hours.

I understand I am responsible for return shipping and new shipping costs if I request a refund or exchange.

I agree that returned products must be unopened and unused and are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee.

I understand I cannot receive a full refund once my order has shipped.

We encourage customers to reach out to us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as most situations can be quickly resolved.
 
Damaged Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged:

Note damage on the delivery receipt.

Take photos of the item, box, and SKU.
 - 
Email everything to support@geteliterecovery.com within 24 hours of delivery.
 
Please notify us within 24 hours for shipping insurance claims. Issues reported later may limit our ability to assist.
Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product and manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for warranty details.
Note: Warranty claims must relate to issues from regular use over time—not damages that occurred during delivery.
Return Responsibility
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs or fees incurred due to order errors.
Most products include warranty protections that ensure you receive a fully functional unit, please review product pages for specific terms.
BOGO Promotions
During Buy-One-Get-One promotions:

Both items must be returned for a full refund.

If only one item is returned, you may receive store credit or a replacement.

If the order has already shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees.
 
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We’re here to help! If you experience any issues, please reach out before disputing charges. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered fraud.
