Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment method.

We then immediately contact our suppliers to confirm product availability. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we’ll void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

If your item is available for immediate shipment (typically within 5 business days), we will process the payment and prepare your order for shipping.

Order Shipment

If your item is in stock and payment has been processed, your order will typically ship within five business days.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll send tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking information within six business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@geteliterecovery.com.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request.

  • Address changes may cause delays in delivery.

  • Any additional charges imposed by the shipping carrier due to address changes will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • We strive to accommodate reasonable requests; however, address changes may result in delays or additional charges.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most orders will ship out in 0-3 business days. Once the order ships, it will take between 1-7 business days to get delivered. Estimated delivery is 1-10 days.

If you experience delays, please contact us first so we can resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed in accordance with payment processor rules.

Shipping Options

We offer several delivery options for your convenience:

  • Free curbside delivery: This is our standard shipping option, included at no extra cost. Orders typically arrive 5–15 business days after processing.

  • Threshold delivery: The item is delivered to your front porch, garage, or a sheltered area close to your entrance.

  • White glove delivery: This premium service includes in-room delivery, basic assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
