Revive Plunge Warranty Information

To make a warranty claim within the one-year manufacturer warranty period, please contact us directly through sales@reviveplunge.com. We will work with you to diagnose the issue and provide you with the appropriate solution. If we determine that a repair or replacement is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Cold Plunge Warranty

Standard Warranty: All cold plunges come with a one-year warranty on both the tub and chiller components. This warranty protects against any defects or failures of components or materials that occur during normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, lack of routine maintenance, or improper installation.

Sauna Warranty

Structure: The sauna structure comes with a three-year warranty, covering any manufacturer defects or failures of materials during normal use.

Components: The heater and electrical components are covered by a one-year warranty, protecting against manufacturer defects or failures during normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, lack of routine maintenance, or improper installation.

We understand that peace of mind is important. That's why we offer extended warranty options through SureBright for your cold plunge. Extend your coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty and enjoy worry-free use of your cold plunge for years to come.

Select a 2 or 3-year extended warranty to match your needs. The extended warranty continues to provide the same comprehensive coverage as the standard warranty, protecting against defects and failures during normal use. If you need to make a claim during the extended warranty period, simply file a claim directly through SureBright's website.
